When I was a full time student, I used to get very tight occipital muscles and would often get headaches.

To fix the problem I made sure to see a chiropractor periodically and I also studied and often read with a book upright against something like a bookend. If I was at the library I used to just grab one off of one of the book shelves.

I used to get these a while back. It is a neck thing. You need to get it “cracked”. I went to a local “student” chiropractic service. It a service where the students practice on you while being supervised, just in case they break your neck or kill you accidentally. I went for about two years, about once or twice a month. It is cheap. Some Universities have this service. About $10 to $20 a session.
I do not suffer any more.
Actually the problem was relieved after a few sessions but I continued because of other joint problems.

I get stress headaches all the time. I have migranes, and my doctor prescribed that Imitrex for them. It worked, but I no longer use it. They can come from a number of things. You many need your eyes checked out? I was getting headaches on the computer/at the movies/watching TV and ended up with glasses. (I lost them lol) but they did help. Possibly thats just how you get headaches. If you are worried go to a doctor and ask him about it. They would be able to tell you a proper diagnosis more than us YA people

Could be a neck problem , poor posture , a chiro or physio may help.
