I have been under a lot of stress for the past year and I am waking up with very stiff neck and upper back. I also feel a lot of tension in my upper back between my shoulder blades all day long.
I’ve purchased a very high quality bed, and have tried numerous sleep positions and still I wake up every morning with extreme stiffness in my neck/shoulders/upper back.
I am looking for suggestions on good natural Muscle Relaxants. I’ve read good things about Valerian. I’ve also heard of people using Magnesium supplements as a muscle relaxant.
Can anyone make some suggestions of products to try as well as suggested dosages.

Them vitamins b1 etc. I take them often and they don’t really help with tension.. actually I don’t think they do anything but there suppose to be healthy so I pop them anyway’s.
