I am 18 years old and I have had severe back pain since i was 14 years old. I get random muscle spasms in my lower back. It is excruciatingly painful everyday. I have other friends that complain of back pain as well but none of them have had it as long as I have. I recently starting getting painful spurts in my muscles of my right shoulder blade. My doctor gave me some anti-inflammatories and flexeril to help me sleep but during the day its very painful. Someone please help!

I was in a wreck in 1972 and have severe muscle spasm in my back.
    massages and chiropractor will help.
The Cobra yoga exercise really does help with the back pain. You can do it maybe 3 times in morning and or night. It is very simple.

Rub the painful area with the butter below. It really eases the pain with out burning or smelling bad

Ok this really sounds like a misalignment of your spine. A misalignment can cause the muscles of your back to spasm, In addition, a misalignment of a rib head can cause those spurts of pain you are feeling in your right shoulder blade.

I would recommend that you see a chiropractor. They should be able to correct this situation for you.

I really wish you the best.

It’s probably your posture, how you sit, stand and walk. If you are willing to change it you can get better. Lower back pain can be caused by rounding when sitting or over arching either sitting or standing. Since I don’t know when it hurts read these links to figure out what you are doing to cause the pain. Get well and help your friends. You can email me if you need more help.
