What is the most pain you can inflict to yourself or a friend without causing bodily injury?

I am just curious. Me and a friend want to prove who can withstand the most pain, but we aren’t stupid. Kicking each other’s balls can cause permanent injury and so can doing anything retarded like cutting yourself or punching each other.

We just want a simple contest for pain threshold, but can’t think of anything.

Hot shower then Cold Shower?

I don’t workout or anything well i haven’t been working out but i’ve been Hot showering then I finish up with an icy cold shower meaning no hot water mixed in at all, i generally find this nice when i’m drying myself up i feel cool and refreshed unlike hot showers which gives me itches and i sweat over it. but i was by a friend that it is bad in the long run as it may give me some muscle paralysis or something in the future if i keep on doing it so is this a bad idea after all? Hot showering then switching to Cold shower as finisher? I do this everyday btw

So heres my routine
Hot Shower (not warm)
Shampoo, Soap
Hot Shower to rinse
then Cold shower then dry up.

How long do I need to be off muscle relaxer’s to go out drinking?
