You might be wondering how there can be ‘techniques’ to sitting and standing. However, this is mainly referring to things like hunching, slouching, standing with weight shifted or unbalanced, and so on. If you don’t sit up straight and have the proper chair and desk combination, you’re setting yourself up for back problems.
