What will my pain management doctor do next?

I’ve been to a pain management doctor for my scoliosis and the first visit he put me in a physical therapy program and gave me a script for some patches. The PT made my back worse if it did anything at all and the patches dont work. He said I was too young for pain killers but I need them badly. Whats the next step? if the pt and patches didnt work will he reconsider pain killers?

How effective is acupunture for pain management?

I have back pain (I think its from my back pack) and I went to get acupunture for the first time today, I did feel a little better and was able to walk without much pain and the OMD said that over the next 2 days it should get better and better and I have to go back in on Wednesday for my 2nd visit. How effective is acupunture for pain management?

In pain management, which is better the SacroWedgy or the Dorn Method?

Many have claimed that the SacroWedgy is good for back pain management, especially for sciatica, while others also have claimed that the Dorn Method is good for back pain. Now, has anybody tried the two systems? Which is better? Why? My friend who is a diabetic is planning to buy one device, but he finds out that the Dorn Method device is 3 times as expensive as the SacroWedgy.
