How long should I wait to take Aleve after taking Advil? How many Aleve can I take?

Both of my legs are in a lot of pain from exercising (and lack of preparation before the exercises). Two hours ago I took two advil, which have not helped. The aleve bottle says for the first dose (I’ve never taken it before), you can take two pills within the first hour. Is it safe for me to take two pills? When can I take these two pills or just one?
